Superplasticizers, also known as Water Reducers ( WRs) are polymeric dispersants, which when added in small amounts to concrete (typically less than 0.5% of the mass of cement), allow high water reduction for the same workability. Water reducers are suitable for preparation of concrete with normal strength, high strength, self-compacting, high durability, etc, with being widely used in industrial or civil construction, municipal engineering, water conservancy, electric power engineering, road and bridge, metro, etc.


Our Superplasticizers series have been covering two main types, including Polycarboxylate Type SuperPlaticizer and Naphthalene Sulphonate Type Superplasticizer.










Polycarboxylate Super Platicizer dosage normally ranges from 0.15% ~ 0.25% of the total weight of cementitious materials. The final dosage quantity depends, among others, on the reactivity of the cement and the concrete recipe. This must be determined by suitability trials. Test dosage is 0.2%.


The product can be added to the sand, stone, cement and other admixtures with the mixing water in the same time, and stir for a time. The product can also be used by after mixing method.
